If you already have a website platform you love (like Squarespace or Wix) and don’t want to make the switch, we are happy to provide additional estimates or design mockups for you to implement on your platform.

  1. What do I do to get started?
    Fill out our contact form here to give us all your project details, timeline, and budget. We’ll reach out with more information, a custom estimate if we have enough details, or our scheduler for us to chat about your project.

  2. Is there anything else you need from me to start on my project?
    After we discuss details, you’ll review your project estimate and timeline, sign a standard design contract and pay a deposit in order to start! Every brand or website project starts with a brief questionnaire — so be prepared to answer some nitty gritty questions about your business and goals!
  1. What is your design process?
    Questionnaire -> wireframe / site map presentation -> home page design presentation -> remaining pages are built -> refine -> finalize -> publish your website!

  2. How will you communicate with me throughout the process?
    Email is always the first (and preferred) method of contact. For every major project milestone, we like to do presentations over a video call or recording so you can give us feedback in real-time, or leave notes in your own time.

  3. Will you write copy for my website?
    Generally, we ask clients to come prepared with all website copy and images you want displayed on your website. You’re the experts of your own product or service, so that’s where we like to start things off. If you need help with copywriting, we can always happy to provide that service for an additional fee.
  1. What happens when the website is finished?
    Once we are done with your website, we will head into the launch phase — your website will be LIVE on the Internet for anyone to see. We will make sure everything is working correctly before we hit the “Publish” button. You will receive an invitation for a client tutorial so you can learn how to make updates to your website!

  2. What other expenses are involved with keeping up a website?
    Very common question! While working with us, you are paying for the custom design of your website. There are a few additional costs to keep in mind once it’s all said and done: Hosting, domain name, and any “pro” or paid WordPress plugins or Shopify apps. We also offer monthly website maintenance if you’d rather us handle future updates for you.
