The Power of Play.
WNC Play Connections, founded by play therapist Debra Carabantes in Western North Carolina, provides a warm, nurturing space for children and families to heal and connect through play.
We guided Debra through a full branding and website design process, starting with a concept rooted in whimsy and nature. The visual identity needed to reflect the heart of her play therapy practice — a comforting, safe, and welcoming environment.
A nature-inspired color palette, playful iconography, and soft, approachable typography bring warmth and creativity to the brand, while flexible logo variations ensure consistency across every touchpoint. These elements come together to create a visual identity that feels both professional and deeply human.
To complete the project, we designed a WordPress website that introduces WNC Play Connections with clarity and compassion. The site balances structure with personality, guiding visitors through services while maintaining the calm, welcoming energy of Debra’s physical space. The result is a cohesive brand and digital presence that invites trust and connection — a true reflection of the healing work happening within WNC Play Connections.
